1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ReluNex Technologies website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Services Description

ReluNex Technologies provides custom software development, AI agent development, machine learning solutions, web application development, and Android application development services. All services are provided on a project-by-project basis and subject to separate service agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is the property of ReluNex Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Software and applications developed for clients under contract become the intellectual property of the client upon full payment, as specified in the individual project agreement. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies developed by ReluNex Technologies remain our exclusive property.

4. Project Agreements & Payments

• All project engagements are governed by a separate, mutually agreed-upon project agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).
• Payment terms, milestones, and deliverables are defined in individual contracts.
• ReluNex Technologies reserves the right to suspend work on any project with overdue payments.
• Any requested changes outside the agreed project scope may incur additional charges.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReluNex Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity
• Transmit malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Impersonate ReluNex Technologies or misrepresent an affiliation with us
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international regulations

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
